Welcome to the 2010
HelpMAS VIRTUAL GIVING TREE!
 

HelpMAS is a non-profit organization that helps needy families right here in our community. These families have been referred by agencies such as public schools, special schools, hospitals, and shelters.  School counselors, social workers, and agency officials have been asked to carefully select families that are in desperate need of help this holiday season.  Currently, all of these chosen families are striving to make ends meet.  Many of these families have faced extreme circumstances that will cause this to be a very difficult holiday season.  HelpMAS would like to provide a special gift to each family as well as three individual gifts to each child.  Because of HelpMAS and caring people like you, these families will have a little more to smile about this Christmas.

how to donate
  1. Select an individual from the lists below.

  2. Print the name so that you can shop for a gift. You may copy and paste the name (including the number and gift description) into Notepad
    (if you are using a PC) or Text Edit (if you are using a MAC). Then print a copy to have with you when you're shopping. Or click print to print complete list

  3. Deliver your unwrapped gift to one of our locations (hyperlink here for the locations page).  Please note the number next to each child's name.  This number should be attached to your donation so we can assure that the gift is given to the correct recipient.  If you do not include a number with your donation, we will assign the gift to a child accordingly. 

  4. You may also make a cash, check, or credit card donation at any of our drop-off locations or mail your donation to:

FAMILY GIFT IDEAS
In addition to providing gifts for the children listed below, we would also like to provide each family with a FAMILY GIFT.  Below are a few gift ideas.  However, please feel free to use your imagination when putting together a FAMILY GIFT.  Anything that your family enjoys, these families will appreciate having in their homes too.
*Generic gift baskets with food/gift items purchased from local stores or craft sales
*Kitchen appliance items such as popcorn makers, ice cream makers, etc...
*Sentimental wall plaques
*Board games such as Pictionary, Jenga, Scrabble, Uno, Scene It, etc..
